We are a small, diverse neighborhood located in north central Plano, near Legacy and Rainier Drives. There are 141 patio homes with approximately 7 acres of common area dispersed throughout the neighborhood. Because of the common area and its need for maintenance, membership in the association is mandatory for all homeowners.
